POLICIES AND BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time is between 12PM and 3PM; check out is 11AM. We ask our guests to attempt to adhere to these times; but, we will make every effort to accommodate the needs of our guests. Please adhere to these times. Guests must check-in/out at office before moving in/out. Guests checking out after 11AM may be charged for an additional night’s stay. We will attempt to be flexible with your special requests. Late check-out requests are not guaranteed. When checking-out guests are responsible for leaving their site free of all trash and other material. All costs associated with the clean-up and removal of site alterations, trash and other debris will be assessed and billed accordingly to your credit card.
Extending Your Stay
Guests are asked to provide 10 days’ prior notice to extend their stay. Guests providing less than 10 days’ notice to extend their stay may lose their site and/or be subject to rate increases. Guests who do not check out without making payment to extend their stay on their check out date and do not pay rent to extend their stay will be charged the highest daily rate then in place.
Rates are not guaranteed, and Desert Oasis reserves the right to change its rates at any time without notice.
Guests must always maintain a clean site free of trash and other debris. All RV’s & Trailers MUST be parked 10 feet apart due to City Ordinance. Any damaged or missing equipment resulting from you or your guests stay, will be assessed and billed accordingly to your credit card.
Freezing weather is common during the winter months. Guests are responsible to ensure that their water hydrants are properly insulated and/or heated for the winter weather. Guests may purchase insulation supplies from the park office or request the park winterize their hydrant for a fee. If the hydrant isn’t winterized, guests must unhook their water hose and turn off water, so the hydrant doesn’t freeze and become damaged. Any repairs for damages due to improper insulation by guest will be billed accordingly to your credit card.
Guests may NOT make any alterations to their site without prior approval by management. All costs associated with the clean-up and removal of alterations and/or damages resulting from site alterations will be assessed and billed accordingly to your credit card.
Guests must park all vehicles on their designated RV site. Maximum of 2 standard size cars/trucks per site. Guests must get prior approval from management and may be charged an additional fee to park vehicles any where other than on their site. Parking in common areas of the park is NOT permitted without prior approval from management. NO inoperable vehicles or mechanical work is allowed at the park at any time.
High Voltage Appliances
Use of any high voltage appliances at the park must be approved by management and will be subject to additional fees. Damages caused by high voltage appliances will be assessed and billed accordingly to your credit card.
Desert Oasis is family friendly park. Children are welcome with their families. Eunice schools are highly rated within the State and their educational and athletic facilities are amazing. The school bus will pick-up and drop-off your children in the park. Loud and unruly behavior will not be tolerated. Families with poorly behaved children may be asked to leave.
Well-behaved pets may accompany their owners for an additional fee. Maximum of 2 pets per site. Pets are NOT allowed on property without prior approval by management. No vicious breeds are allowed in the Park. No pets are allowed in the clubhouse, laundry room, or bathroom. By law pets MUST be kept on a maximum, 6-foot leash and under owner supervision and may not be left unattended at any time. Well behaved dogs are allowed off leash in our 2 fenced dog run areas. Guests are responsible to “clean up” after pets at all times. All pet waste must be properly disposed of. Noisy, vicious or unruly pets are not allowed. Desert Oasis is not responsible for and will hold pet owner accountable for any injury or damage caused by your pet.
NO WOOD BURNING ALLOWED
Due to City Ordinance, we are not permitted to burn wood or trash. Please comply with this rule and be a good neighbor. Guests may use small portable barbeques for grilling on their site. Desert Oasis is not responsible for and will hold guest accountable for any injury or damage caused by fire.
Smoking is not allowed in the clubhouse, laundry room, or bathrooms. Smoking refers to cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, e-cigarettes, and burning of candles or incenses.
Good Neighbor Policy
Quiet hours are from 9PM to 6AM. Amplified sound or music is not permitted. No loud congregating. Please be courteous to other guests around you. Loud, objectionable noise is not allowed at any time. Profanity or violence will not be tolerated. Inconsiderate guests may be asked to leave.
The MAXIMUM SPEED LIMIT is 10 MHP! Guests who drive over the speed limit and/or exhibit reckless driving behavior may be asked to leave.
All rates are based on family occupancy (i.e. 2 adults and up to 3 children (ages 17 and under)). Additional fees may apply for 3 or more adult guests. Maximum 5 guests per RV site. We will attempt to be flexible with your special requests. Guests are not permitted to pitch personal tents or canopies on property.
Payments & Deposits
A $100.00 reservation fee will be charged at time of booking. Payment in full is due at check-in. A security deposit may be required at check-in. We accept all major debit/credit cards, checks or money orders. Make checks and money orders payable to Desert Oasis RV Park. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH.
Authorization for Incidentals
At the time of your check-in, your credit card will be pre-authorized for incidentals (i.e. fees for damages, cleaning, etc.). Any incidental charges will be appropriately billed to your credit card.
Cancellations made after 11:59pm (U.S. Mountain Time) the day prior to your scheduled arrival date or no-shows are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the lesser of the cost of your scheduled stay or $100.00. In the event your plans change and you are unable to stay with us, cancellations must be made no later than 11:59pm (U.S. Mountain Time) the day prior to your scheduled arrival in order to guarantee a refund.
All reservation changes are subject to a $25.00 change fee. For all reservation changes, if a change to a reservation results in an increase in the overall cost of the reservation, guest will be asked to pay the difference at the time of the reservation change. For any change that results in a decrease in the overall cost of the reservation, Desert Oasis will credit the difference to the guest. No refunds will be given on our special monthly rate. We will convert charges to weekly and daily rate if you do not stay the whole month. After this you will be given a site credit if due.
Reservation Cancellation by Park
Desert Oasis reserves the right to cancel a reservation for any unforeseen reason. In the event a reservation cancellation on the part of Desert Oasis is deemed necessary, we will reschedule at guest’s request based on availability, or cancel and refund your reservation in full.
Minimum Stay Requirements
Minimum stay requirements may be enforced from time to time.
Taxes and Fees
All accommodations are subject to applicable taxes. Guests will be charged a $35.00 fee for any returned checks.
Changes in Offerings and Other Information
Amenities and services are subject to change without notice. Specific sites are not guaranteed and subject to change. We will do the utmost to fill specific guest requests.
Desert Oasis is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. Report any problems with your site to your Park Manager immediately. We adhere to and maintain all state, county and local laws. The legal drinking age in California is 21 years. ID is required by all persons purchasing or consuming alcoholic beverages.
Special Discounts, Referral Plans, Corporate & Long-Term Reservations
Please contact the Park Manager to learn more about our special discounts and referral plans, as well as, our corporate and long-term reservation plans. Groups renting 5 to 9 RV sites may receive a 5% discount and groups renting 10 or more RV sites may receive a 10% discount. Guests will receive a $25.00 credit for each referral resulting in a new guest staying with us for 30 days or more. Special discounts and referral credits are subject to a minimum 30 day stay.

By staying with us, you consent to receive marketing, promotional, and sales emails, as well as direct or automated emails regarding your stay with us. You may opt out of this correspondence at any time.
