WHAT AMENITIES DOES DESERT OASIS OFFER?
Our guests enjoy 24/7 access to Desert Oasis’ 3,200 square foot clubhouse with its spacious men’s and women’s showers and restrooms, coin operated laundromat and vending machines, and guest’s lobby. They also appreciate the Park’s many recreational areas including BBQs, picnic tables, basketball courts, and fenced dog runs as well as access to High Speed WiFi service throughout the Park. Did we mention our paved roads!
WHAT DO EUNICE AND THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES OFFER?
The Desert Oasis RV Park is located within the city limits of Eunice in Lea County New Mexico nestled near the border of Southeast New Mexico and Texas on Hwy 176 & 234 just west of Hwy 18. Eunice is a friendly small town and wonderful community with all the comforts of home; good restaurants, grocery, retail, and convenience stores, an aquatic center and golf course, banks, schools, service stations, and a US Post Office and NM State DMV office. Eunice Municipal Schools are top notch with modern classrooms and incredible athletic facilities for your children Pre-K-12. The community is very involved with all levels of sports and have won many state championships in all. The Park is also less than a 15-minute drive north to the city of Hobbs, NM. With a population of over 34,000 people, Hobbs is the largest city in Lea County and home to the Lea County Regional Airport and the Zia Park Casino, Hotel and Racetrack, which offers live and simulcast horse racing and casino games.

IS EUNICE IN THE PERMIAN BASIN?
Yes, the city of Eunice, NM is in the Delaware formation of the Permian Basin. The Delaware formation and more specifically the Wolfcamp and Bone Springs oil plays are among the most active drilling areas in the massive Permian Basin (the largest oil and gas field in the U.S.) that straddles Texas and New Mexico.
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE BASIC RATE?
Each spacious site (55 to 75 feet long by 25 feet wide) comes equipped with easily accessible utility hook ups for Park provided electrical, water, and sewer services, waste disposal services and full access and use of Desert Oasis’ many amenities; its 3,200 square foot clubhouse with men’s and women’s showers and restrooms, coin operated laundromat and vending machines, and guest lobby; its recreational areas including BBQs, picnic tables, basketball courts, and fenced dog runs; and its Park-wide WiFi service. All rates are based on family occupancy (i.e. 2 adults and up to 3 children (ages 17 and under)). Additional fees may be charged for high speed Wifi service (no data cap), large RVs and trailers (40 feet or longer), 50-amp electrical service, pets, site clean-up and repair services, and extra adults, parking, or storage. WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Simply bring your crew and your rig along with the equipment and tools necessary to properly set-up and connect your RV or trailer to the Park provided utilities located at each site (electric, water, and sewer). HOW MANY RV SITE DO YOU HAVE?
The Desert Oasis RV Park is the largest RV park in Southeastern New Mexico and Southwest Texas. Sitting on over 27 acres and including our large 3,200 square foot clubhouse, the Park can accommodate the needs of 375 RV’s and their guests.
HOW DO I CONNECT TO THE PARK’S WIFI?
We offer our guests Free 24/7 WiFi service anywhere in the Park so you can stay connected to friends and family while staying with us. We have designed our WiFi plans to allow users with basic needs to access the service at no charge, while users wishing to stream video can do so with no data cap, for a reasonable weekly, monthly, or annual fee. HOW DO I GET THE MOVIES, SPORTS AND NEWS I WANT WITHOUT CABLE TV SERVICE?
Watching television programs, movies, news and sports is possible without cable service. It begins with an adequate Internet speed for streaming, which we’ve provided for you. Our guests can access 24/7 High Speed WiFi service anywhere in the Park to stay connected. But we understand once you’re online, navigating the many options available can be challenging. You simply need to know where to go to get what you’re looking for, figure out what’s free or low-cost, and understand what services and devices are worth the money to get the experience you want. HOW DO I GET CABLE TV SERVICE?
We have you covered. Each site has been wired to provide our guests with access to cable TV service. You just need to call TDS at 1.855.290.8123 for information on how to set up your account and purchase service. TDS is the only cable TV service provider in the Park. Satellite TV service providers also provide service in the Park.
SPECIAL DISCOUNTS, REFERRAL PLANS, CORPORATE AND LONG-TERM RESERVATIONS
Please contact the Park Manager to learn more about our special discounts and referral plans, as well as, our corporate and long-term reservation plans. Groups renting 5 to 9 RV sites may receive a 5% discount and groups renting 10 or more RV sites may receive a 10% discount. Guests will receive a $25.00 credit for each referral resulting in a new guest staying with us for 30 days or more. Special discounts and referral credits are subject to a minimum 30 day stay.
